一、做一名合格的教师
我们将以老教师为榜样，虚心请教、刻苦专研、努力探索本学科的教学方法，做到因材施教，争取在最短的时间内让自己的教学步入正轨。
二、做一名品德高尚的教师
古人云：“学高为师，身正为范”。一名优秀的教师不仅要有广博的知识，更要有高尚的道德情怀。我们要以自己的人格去塑造学生的人格，用自己的道德情感去唤醒学生的道德情感。“言传不如身教”我们将铭记于心。
三、做一名有责任感的教师
“师者，所以传道授业解惑也”。我们需要有高度的责任感，严谨务实的工作作风，精心备课、细心讲解、耐心答疑，以平等的心态、欣赏的'目光、发展的眼光去对待每一位学生，成为学生学习上、生活中的好朋友。
四、做一名真正的凤冈二中人
