岭南美食是中华美食的代表之一。

广州是美食的天堂，是岭南美食的故乡。广州人对吃非常讲究，要吃得开心，吃得健康。广州人采用养生的吃法，吃一顿美味的.正餐大约耗时1.5小时。饭前首先要喝汤，为了帮助肠胃吸收营养。老火汤又称广府汤，即广府人传承数千年的食补养生秘方，慢火煲煮的中华老火靓汤，火候足，时间长，既取药补之效，又取入口之甘甜。接着，就是进入正餐的时间。广州菜取料广泛，烹调方法多样，品种花样繁多，令人眼花缭乱，例如，白切鸡，焖排骨，等等。口味比较清淡，随着时节的变化而变化。饭后甜品也是比不可少的。广州人很喜欢一家人聚在一起吃晚餐的，因为他们觉得这是一件很幸福美满的事。

如今，我来到另外一个城市读书，时常想念家乡的美食，也想念与家人相聚的时光。

The fired bean paste noodles is very easy to cook. First of it you should slice the cucumber into pieces cook the soy bean and green bean for about ten minutes then put these material in a bowl. Second stir-frying the paste. Mix the minced meat ginger and green onion and then put them in the pan keep frying the paste until you can smell the aroma.

Last put the paste onto the noodles you have prepare and add the cucumber soy bean and green bean to the noodles. The fried bean paste noodles are done. If you have time you can try this I sure you will love it.
